Taking place on an alien world where plants have evolved to produce tools instead of fruits, Astrobotania allows players to play the first farming game to implement selective breeding, in-game weather, and accurate soil composition in a WAX-based, play-to-earn format. This is not a game where farming means clicking a button every hour. Players must monitor their farm’s water supply levels, implement crop rotation to maintain healthy soil nutrients, and attempt to breed the highest yielding plants. All of this while checking the Astrobotania weather tracker in case the climate could inhibit or encourage plant growth.
