So many times when I search for “what I want” when deciding what to feed into the great machine to see what it sends me back I arrive at “Zen”. That one word is actually the prompt for this image created in nightcafe.studio. It’s day 3. Day 1 is published and live now and the current big big feelings around that are the opposite of zen. ;-)

I’m having to remind myself over and over that THE WORK is the whole reason I decided to commit to this very long process. I might run this whole thing and sell NOTHING, and that needs to be ok. I will do the work. The work internally of forcefully re-framing my thinking to the process over the result. The work of curating content and coming to this space to write and document. The work of learning how to improve any aspect of this experiment by 1% every day. I will DO THE WORK!!

Interestingly in my very first Ayahuasca ceremony this phrase, DO THE WORK, got drilled into my head in the way the medicine often does. It feels like it gets hard coded into your wiring. The universe whispering, singing, chanting, drilling, programming this one principle deep into grooves of your mind.

DO THE WORK. DO THE WORK. DO THE WORK.

I'm really grateful for the reminder. Huh… Something I very obviously need to add to the template is GRATITUDE for the day. Duh.
