Deadbolt is the leader of the Broken Skulls gang, space pirates based in the astroid ring near Port Oasis. They prey on colony wagons, fuel freighters, or anything that fetches a tidy after-market price.
Several devastating injuries have forced Deadbolt into extreme modifications to stay alive, thus souring his outlook on life.
