This set is dedicated to world flags.

The 4th flag in the set is the flag of the Russian Federation.

The flag was first used as an ensign for Russian merchant ships in 1696. Over the years the flag did change and I will represent them in later schemas. After the 1993 Russian constitutional crisis this tri color flag was fully restored as the Russian flag.

There have been 4 countries inted so far.
