This is the second release of "Flats" in the Faded Monsuta Universe which takes place in the lovely city of Tokesylvania. There will be four districts you will eventually be able to choose to live in. These Flats will be limited throughout Pre-Alpha, Alpha and Beta and will be the only ones until we reach the full release of Faded Monsuta. There are four ranks for Flats currently:

Studio Flat
One Bedroom
Two Bedroom
Penthouse

The "One Bedroom Flat" is the rarity above Studio Flat in Tokesylvania and comes with one private garden that can boost up to 150 of your Faded Monsuta's THC/hr earn rate by a multiplier of x2.5. It also comes with two boost spots for a statue(currently there are only three in Stone Bilbo, Marble Biblob and Gilded Bilbo) which add's an additional multiplier to the flat's base multiplier. You must come by at least once every 72 hours to "water" your plants in order to maintain the boosted earnings. If you fall outside of this period of time, then they will simply earn there usual THC/hr earn rate. There is one slot for a portrait that can provide an additional boost to further your garden's totally righteous production. You can earn these by competing in the Weekly Leaderboard by playing Faded Monsuta!

There is a 24 hour cooldown on the drop to give folks a solid chance of procuring at least one flat of their own. You can get more than one flat as long as you abide by the 24 hour cooldown rules. There will eventually be a Flat Rental system like our Card Rental system where players can charge THC so another play can rent/use their asset without actually transferring ownership. As Faded Monsuta continues to grow we anticipate to have a lot of owners and landlords in the city of Tokesylvania.

As for now you simply use our website to utilizes your flat's increased earn rate. Eventually we will have a 2D Metaverse where folks can stake claim to their specific flat in one of the four major counties:

Headhigh Heights
Concentrate Corner
Munchie Mountain
Skunkweed Slums

There won't be a difference in earn rate in these areas, but there will be specific events that open up early or even exclusively to citizens that have a flat in that county! Make sure to stay informed via the Discord as we continue to build the wonderful world of Faded Monsuta!!!
