WHITELIST REQUIREMENTS
You need at least 5 unpainted wooden meeples in your wallet (think of them as your cartographers). You should be able to find some on the market, or if you've opened a couple of boxes of meeple 10 packs, which are available on the Blends tab of Nefty Blocks.
