Less than 50% of the monsters caught...6% of the profits from Monster Mayhem as of December 5th split evenly amongst Monster Catchers Guild members.
50-75% of monsters caught...8% of the profits from Monster Mayhem as of December 5th split evenly amongst Monster Catchers Guild members AND a full 1% EACH to the top 2 Monster Catchers!
Over 75% of monsters caught...10% of the profits from Monster Mayhem as of December 5th split evenly amongst Monster Catchers Guild members AND a full 1% EACH to the top 4 Monster Catchers!
