These will be released in sets of 100 (Rounds 8-10 will have 75 each due to Dawns being released elsewhere), up to 1000 total, with each set increasing by a small amount each time.

This was planned from the beginning (with claim rates of 1 instead of 10), but as a benefit of being early, I allowed 10 at a time per user in the first 4 rounds.
