Unskilled Skilled Workers are a great way to start playing the Novopangea game.

Each Unskilled Worker is given 14 shifts so that you can start earning Obsidian (OBSD). You can use your Unskilled Worker in any realm you have access to.

Once the 14 shifts have been used, this Unskilled Worker will not be usable. Once a Skilled Worker is added to the Novopangea game it can not be removed. This prevents anyone from using shifts and then trying to sell it on the secondary market.
