The trichocereus cactus genus is one of the least studied and documented around. This art collection is inspired by the trichocereus garden sown and grown by DrCharles in North Carolina.

This collection will become the building blocks for a major effort towards preservation, propagation, and documentation of the trichocereus cactus genus which is currently endangered in the wild.

Similar to Trichocereus cv Guru, Trichocereus cv DeCosta is another New Zealand beauty. With thick columnar structure and short spines, it truly is a beautiful cactus.

What is a Pup? A “Pup” is a term used to describe new growth on a cactus. Oftentimes new growth comes with really unique geometric structure and color, different from the rest of the cactus. You can see some of the variances in the pups depicted in this NFT.
