The trichocereus cactus genus is one of the least studied and documented around. This art collection is inspired by the trichocereus garden sown and grown by DrCharles in North Carolina.

This collection will become the building blocks for a major effort towards preservation, propagation, and documentation of the trichocereus cactus genus which is currently endangered in the wild.

This is a sketch inspired by a Trichocereus KK242 sourced from Verne - Cactus Kate. New growth shows short clustered spines and blue/green skin, older growth resembles cuzco a bit. Being grown by DrCharles but no flowers as of May 2022!

Be mindful, don't EVER take plants (whole plants, leaves, branches, etc) from the wild or national parks. It is not only illegal but destructive, unethical, and immoral to do so.
