Owning this NFT gives the right for the owner to redeem the NFT for 20 Trichocereus Nigripilis seeds. Redemption is guaranteed prior to 12/31/22. After the end of 2022, redemption is based on Nigripilis seed availablity or other trichocereus seeds can be substituted if needed.

What is a Trichocereus Nigripilis?

These seeds were originally sourced from a well-known licensed cactus nursery in Arizona along with a batch of several other cactus seeds.

How does the redemption process work?
Easy! Simply reach out to my on twitter at https://twitter.com/cactus_art_nfts when you are ready to redeem your NFT for the Seeds. Owner will transfer the vIRL NFT to the author account to be burned and the seeds will be shipped within 3 business days.

Any Restrictions?
Redemption and shipping of the seeds must be within the continental USA. Overseas shipping would require phytosanitary certificates and permits which are not included in this NFT purchase.

The trichocereus cactus genus is one of the least studied and documented around. This art collection is inspired by the trichocereus garden sown and grown by DrCharles in North Carolina.

This collection will become the building blocks for a major effort towards preservation, propagation, and documentation of the trichocereus cactus genus which is currently endangered in the wild.

Be mindful, don't EVER take plants (whole plants, leaves, branches, etc) from the wild or national parks. It is not only illegal but destructive, unethical, and immoral to do so.
