These notorious felines live in Vice City. They come alive at night when the city is most active. From high level drug dealers running the largest syndicate operations, to ex-military cats looking to clean up the streets. They each have the condition know as "heterochromia iridum", meaning that their eyes are each a different colour; alluding to the double lives that they live.

ABOUT VLADIMIR DOROSH:
Born and raised in Moscow. Vladmir lived with his grandparents after his parents passed away at the age of 5. Having a knack for business at a very tender age, Vladimir began to work many odd jobs because he was too poor to get an allowance. Just how legal these jobs were? Well that depends on your moral compass. He moved to Miami where he went on to become the head of the biggest crime syndicate in Vice City, the Vercetti Syndicate. Ruthless is the only word that they know and mercy is not in their vocabulary. With mostly every cop on his payroll, Vladimir has made vice city his playground.
