Owning and activating a banner is a fun way to customize your wallet. Banners can be seen by the configured by the owner to send a special message to wallet guests.

Any 750x250 image uploaded to IPFS can be used but please keep things suitable for all audiences!

Additionally, commission status can be set as a flag on the banner.
