Building for residential use comprises three volumes, all of them share a ground floor of common areas. The volume located to the east has four floors and four apartments; another volume further north has only two floors and two apartments, which stands out for having an utterly blue facade. Finally, the volume located to the west has seven floors, maintaining the hierarchy of the complex, and also has seven apartments. Its faces mix clay brick with a frieze in a blue tone
