The sloth is a creature that moves slow relative to the world around it. It has resonated with me on many levels and over the years I have adopted this kind creature to represent my inner self within my written universe. The sloth has become an adjunct to my current form of expression via prose.

This is a collection of work that uses visual art to aide the expression of literature I have created over the years. While I tend to express myself better via poetry and short stories, the addition of visual art will aide in the overall theme of self reflection and self care.
